Review: The Empty Egg (Nortown #2.5) by Ofelia Gränd

The Empty Egg

Aiden has prepared a special kind of Easter egg for his boyfriend, Tristan. He wants to make their first Easter together special, memorable, but as the moment for handing over the egg draws nearer, Aiden’s nerves get the better of him. What if he has it all wrong and Tristan wants nothing to do with silky satin hidden within the egg?

In this series:
Once in a Snowstorm (Nortown #1)
Once in a Forest (Nortown #2)
The Empty Egg (Nortown #2.5)

This was such a fun story to read, I really loved it.

Aiden wants to have a very special Eastern with his boyfriend, but not everything worked as planned.

Aidan was a great character, it was so easy to connect with his feelings. I found myself so anxious about his situation and I couldn’t help to smile when I realized about it. I really liked this character so much. Then comes Tristan to the scene and, again, more anxiety comes with him trying to figure out what’s going on.

It might be a simple plot, the length wouldn’t allow something more complicated, but it was so interesting, fun, and in the end, so sexy. It was an amazing story.

This was so good, I love an author who can create such strong emotions, and to do so in such a few words, it was great. I’m becoming a big fan of Ofelia Grand’s work.
